Southport Digital Christmas Tree
On our way to Southport, we picked a local newspaper where details about 'a very special Christmas tree' were highlighted. Supposedly one of the biggest in the UK and all stuffed with new technology, they proudly announced. Nothing like a traditional tree.
We walked up rather a dire-looking Lord Street at this weather.
... and there it stood, in front of the Town Hall:
Blazing with a display of colours, the digital Christmas tree:
It invited to walk inside to immerse in the festivity of lights:
