Beware - Fake Healthy Sugary Food

Dried Cranberries - Not as Healthy as It Seems

These dried cranberries are supposed to be a healthy snack.

They taste strangely good, sour-sweet. Because the added sugar is in a huuuuge amount.

Well, if you are at risk of diabetes, as we all are, you should take notice.

Daily recommended amount of sugar is between 25 and 37 grams (6 to 9 teaspoons, for man and women, respectively).

This pack has 71 grams of sugar

Many people devour it in one go. And they think they eat healthy food. What a scam!

Müller Greek Yogurt ... with Added Sugar

Yoghurt is good for your gut.

However, not in the case below.

The 'velvet' taste is due to sugar being added - almost 10 grams for less than one serving

It ruins not only its taste - but also any health claims

Sugar is a bigger problem than fat in today's obesity and diabetes epidemic.

Mr Muller, your yoghurt-like drink has to be banished.

You are a liar and trying to sell a crappy product to the unaware public.

Hope the legislation will come up someday to sue you and others for a fraud and health risk you sell - stripping the good name of a product away - to your money-grabbing benefit.

Shame on YOU!
