George's birthday was celebrated in several places in Liverpool on the day (25.02.2023) he would be 80 years old.

In 1970, George produced the Radha Krishna Temple album with the devotees, a track from which featured in the top ten record sales in that year.
They've always appreciated what George did for them and the movement.
Hare Krishnas gathered this afternoon in the city centre for chanting and sharing of cookies and books - paying tribute to George.
